It is a flower with very beautiful, purple flowering. The flowers are cup- shaped and come out in winter and spring, depending on the region. It is low- growing, with green foliage that seems like lawn. It grows in calcareous and well- drained soils, while it prefers sunny planting locations, hot and dry summers and cold winters.
