Latin Name: Brassica oleracea var. italica

Harvest: Most broccoli is ready for harvest in 60- 90 days after planting.
Broccoli is an annual plant of the Kramboid family, of the genus Krambi. It is a type of cabbage and came from the wild cabbage, after continuous crops based on the evolution of inflorescences.
