Description
Latin Name: Cymbopogon citratus
Dimensions: Maximum height 1- 1.2m.
It is a perennial, grassy, tropical plant, native to southeastern countries. It has very beautiful, fragrant, lanceolate leaves with lemon aroma, of bluish green to dark green and intense light green colors. At the end of the summer, it blooms without being considered anything special. It adapts to many types of well- drained soils, in sunny or semi- shaded planting spots and in areas with very high temperatures. It withstands low temperatures, but not too low and frost.
