Flowering: March- May, September- November
Dimensions: Maximum height 30- 50cm.
The cinnamon Rosemary is an evergreen, pendent, aromatic species that is found also to arid areas of the Mediterranean flora. It has gray- green, needle- like, glossy leaves. It has bright blue flowers on the shoots of the year during its flowering, which is repeated, even in the difficult winter season. It is attractive to bees and butterflies and it is used as a beekeeping species. Its foliage smells like cinnamon. Suitable for well- drained soils and sunny spots. It withstands coastal plantings and drought, but it is slightly more sensitive to cold than other rosemaries.
