Shipping Methods

Free shipping for orders over €150.00.

Free shipping is valid for deliveries within the Attica basin, while for the rest of the country free shipping is offered up to the agency’s warehouse in Athens (areas: Votanikos, Egaleo, Agios Ioannis Rentis, etc.). The free shipping offer does not apply to products with high weight.
For the shipping of your order there are the following ways, which are chosen depending on the weight, volume, type and final destination of the order. The value is automatically displayed, during the Checkout process, based on internal calculations that result from the above criteria. The prices are valid for delivery on the sidewalk (within city limits) or to the warehouse of the cooperating transportation company. Deliveries to cooperating transportation companies are made twice a week. For deliveries to a floor there will be an extra charge to be determined upon request.

 

  1. Receipt from the nursery

You can come and pick the products directly from our nursery (“HOROMIDIS CO.”, Municipality of Acharnes, Attica, Greece, Dekelias & Paschalias Street, P.C. 13677).
Orders which are not received within five (5) workdays, from the time you are notified to collect your products from our nursery, will be canceled.

 

  1. Shipping by truck (Transportation Company)
  • Shipping by truck or courier is selected for shipments with final destination within Attica and for delivery on the sidewalk.

Shipments to the rest of the country and outside the prefecture of Attica, are sent through agencies (transportation companies) that serve your area and you receive your order from a central point or the warehouse of the agency.

  • You will have the option of requesting an offer for delivery at your place (door to door) with pickup on the sidewalk. You will be informed of the relevant charge before the execution of your order and your prior consent to the shipment will be obtained.

The cooperating agencies (transportation or courier companies) will deliver your orders within the usual delivery times of each company, which may vary when there are external events (strikes, weather, pandemics, etc.).

 

a) In case of refusal to receive the Products, they will be returned to our nursery. If you request to resend your order, you will be charged with the additional shipping costs.

b) In case of failure to complete the delivery due to the responsibility of the recipient and possible reshipment of the Products, the costs are borne by the recipient.

 

Note for international shipments:

Prices do not include any additional costs relating to the custom office of the country of destination. Any additional costs (Customs Duties, Excise duty and/or Import Tax, customs clearance fees, storage fees, etc.) in accordance with the applicable provisions providing for the relevant charges in the state of destination, in addition to the shipping costs, shall be borne by the consumer (for international shipments). The consumer shall perform his own due diligence for the above charges depending on the respective place of his/her residence.
