Dimensions: Maximum height 8- 10m.
Climbing, robust, fast growing, deciduous plant with glossy, green foliage. It has peculiar flowers with simple blue- purple color. It produces yellow- orange fruits like small eggs. Its shoots have branched tendrils and climb easily on supports. It is not resistant to frost and should be planted in full sun, protected places. It prefers soils with good drainage and during the growing season it needs frequent watering.
