The company HOROMIDIS CO. applies a specific Return Policy, due to the fragility/vulnerability of most of the products it trades (plants, flowers, etc.). As a result, you may not be able to return certain products for any reason (change, withdrawal). Please carefully read this Return Policy.

Our plants have all the necessary phytosanitary certificates, where required, and are selected for shipment with all certified procedures of our company. The plants, therefore, are shipped from our nursery in excellent condition.

As the factors of cultivation, care as well as the environmental conditions in which the plants / flowers that you buy, grow, are no longer controlled by us (watering-fertilization-general plant protection-insecticide, fungicide), after receiving the products, we have no responsibility for their evolution-development.

We do not have any responsibility if any feature of the flower, fruit, variety or general appearance of the plant is not what is expected during its development.

Therefore, when in doubt, we suggest you ensure your choice of product (plant – pot) by requesting further photos. That way, we will be able to demonstrate exactly the plant you will be receiving and you in turn, will have a better grasp of its height, width and growth.

 

Order cancellation / Inability to Execute an Order:

Order cancellation: You can cancel your order without any further charges, as long as the products have not been delivered for shipment. If you cancel your order after delivery of the products to be shipped, then you will be charged with the shipping costs from our Company to you as well as the costs of returning the products to our nursery. Contact our nursery at tel. No: (0030) 2102465205, 2102460660, 21024649801, e-mail: info@horomidis.gr to cancel your order and refund your money (if you have already paid for the products but not still received them).

Inability to Execute an Order: If by any chance, your prepaid order cannot be shipped at an acceptable timeframe (due to the seasonality of our products), and if after communication between us, there isn’t an equally satisfying product of the same price, available for you, we will proceed to fully refund you.

 

Product Changes:

If you wish to change a product it must be in a perfect condition and it must be accompanied by the relevant documents (e.g., Receipt/Invoice etc.), labels, accessories etc (e.g. packing materials, manuals, labels).

Product changes are accepted only within 14 days from the date of receipt.

 

Changes will not be accepted for:

  1. Goods made/created/produced to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
  2. Goods which are fragile/vulnerable (plants, flowers) and/or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  3. Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Change Procedure: You can send the products to our company HOROMIDIS CO. (Acharnes Attica Greece, Dekelias & Paschalias Street, P.C. 13677). Please pack the products and send them to our nursery with the relevant receipt / invoice.

 

Options depending on the reason of product change/return:

1) Defective Products or false shipment.

If you purchased a defective product from our nursery, or you received a non-ordered product, please contact us at tel. No: (0030) 2102465205, 2102460660, 21024649801, e-mail: info@horomidis.gr to inform you about all available options.

Please take and send us (via e-mail at info@horomidis.gr) some photos of the product and the detected from you defect, for us to check if the product can be returned.

 

2) Non-Defective Products

Please contact us at tel. No: (0030) 2102465205, 2102460660, 21024649801, e-mail: info@horomidis.gr to be informed about the procedure, the terms and the conditions of the product changes. You will have to bear the shipping cost of returning a non-defective product.

For non-defective Products you can also exercise the right of withdrawal as the law stipulates and without prejudice to the exceptions listed to this Return Policy. Please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

 

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, according to the following definition, then you have the right to withdraw from a contract with HOROMIDIS CO. within 14 days, without giving any reason.

“Consumer” means any natural person who, in contracts with HOROMIDIS CO., is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform “HOROMIDIS CO.”, (Acharnes Attica Greece, Dekelias & Paschalias Street, P.C. 13677), of your decision to withdraw from your contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The products purchased must be returned in perfect condition accompanied by the relevant documents for sale (receipt – invoice).

 

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal.

Consumers do not have the right to withdraw from a contract with HOROMIDIS CO. as regards the following:

  1. The supply of goods made/created/produced to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized,
  2. The supply of goods which are fragile/vulnerable (plants, flowers) and/or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  3. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

 

In particular for refunding

In any event where the refund is not possible or may occur more expenses for Horomidis.gr because of the way of payment you used in the initial transaction, any refund of money in case of withdrawal shall be made – upon mutual agreement – by deposit to your bank account.

 

Process of Returning products

As a prerequisite for returning products is to be owned, by the customer, the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., Receipt, Invoice etc.). The products should be returned in the same good condition you received them and must be accompanied by the relevant documents, labels, accessories, manuals etc (e.g. packing materials, receipt).

You can send the products to our company HOROMIDIS CO. (Acharnes Attica Greece, Dekelias & Paschalias Street, P.C. 13677). Please pack the products and send them to our nursery with the relevant receipt / invoice and a completed form of withdrawal.

If the above-described legal process is not followed or any legal requirements are not fulfilled in order to accept the return of any product, then said product shall be returned to the consumer, who shall bear the cost of packaging and shipping back to him/her.

In case of repeated returns made by a consumer, HOROMIDIS CO. reserves the right to refuse the return of products, due to overuse of the right of withdrawal/replacement of our products. In that event, the consumer shall bear any additional cost incurred.
