Palm tree with multiple trunks that start inclining from the base of the plant and form a wide earl. The seedlings grow slowly and are monoclonal, while after the third year new trunks appear. It has palmately- lobed leaves with the upper surface green and silvery the bottom one. The leaves are composed of thin and long leaflets in a circle shape and rely on strong, fluffy, prickly stems. It flowers in spring with small, yellow- green flowers in impressive cob formations. Then, it produces reddish, oval fruits. It prefers well- drained soil and sunny planting spots.
