Description
Latin name: Prunus armeniaca
Flowering: March- April
Dimensions: Maximum height 8- 12m./ Maximum diameter of 6- 8m.
Deciduous, fruit tree, suitable for hot and dry areas, resistant also in cold climates, but in sunny locations. It has pinkish blooming early in spring. Its leaves are green, wide and seem like eggs or hearts. It is resistant to all types of soils, even in calcareous ones.
