Description
Latin name: Musa japonica
Flowering: June- July
Dimensions: Maximum height 4- 5m./ Maximum diameter 3- 4m.
Tropical fruit tree with large and wide, arched, green leaves with a length of 2- 3m. that form an umbrella on the top of a humoral, rigid trunk. It flowers in summer with light yellow flowers, which then bear fruits. It thrives in fertile soils of various types and does not withstand low temperatures.
