Description
Latin name: Citrus paradisi
Flowering: March- April
Dimensions: Maximum height 4,5- 6m./ Maximum earl diameter 3- 4m.
Evergreen fruit tree, slow growth, with glossy, green, leathery leaves and compact appearance. Not resistant to frost and during the fruiting it needs proper fertilization and watering. It has a white bloom in spring and golden- yellow or yellow- red, big, round fruits ripen late in autumn. It prefers full sun in fertile soils, not calcareous.
